Rig components, mud systems, drill water tanks and pipe racks for the Egyptian Drilling Company.
Industrial buildings
Pre-engineered buildings for warehouses, factories and logistics centres, plus stadium steel including the New Capital.
Four stages, one company answerable for all of them.
1. Design assist. Our technical office reviews your drawings before pricing, raises connection and constructability questions early, and returns a considered offer rather than a bare number.
2. Fabrication. Cutting, drilling, built up section welding, fit up and assembly in a 12,000 m² workshop. Quality control hold points sit at engineering review, fit up, root pass, pre blast and pre paint.
3. Surface preparation. Sandblasting and painting in a dedicated bay, to the specified system and film thickness, documented for handover.
4. Erection. Delivery, fit up, alignment and installation by SMI crews. Fabrication and site work stay with one contractor, so responsibility never splits.
